Name of company/service: Micromax
I gave my Micromax A100 phone for repair on 20th april 2013 at Micromax authorized service station (Kavya enterprises,Pune).
They told me it would take 15 days for repair.

I even got a message from Micromax stating that you have received the product and will get back to me once its repaired.
I am fed up of calling these people. Customer care guys wont answer my queries. Service center guys tell they cant repair my phone. Whom do i contact now ?
Instead of repairing my phone these people are not even planning to return it.
You cannot just keep on saying “we will get back to you shortly” forever. Get me a replacement if you are unable to repair. I need my product back.
