<p><b>Location/place</b>: Kalyan, Mumbai</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: VIJAY SALES</p>I had purchased a laptop on 2nd march 2012, bt at the tym of purchase v.s issued a wrong bil. When i went to service centre of laptop, they didnt accepted the bil. Also the laptop was out of warranty, as per the centre’s system, although i had bill whch states its stil in waranty. Then i went to v.s and they kept me turning saying sir ur issue is being in process for 2weeks. Then they took laptop saying they wil directly deal with service centre. Its been 4days bt stil they r asking for tym n al. Its an ardent harassment situation.
