Membership cancellation- Refund amount

Company name – Ak enterprises ADD- PLOT NO H-,OFFICE NO 309- VARDHMAN NORTH EX PLAZA,3RD FLOOR
PITAMPURA DELHI – 110033
is mis marketing his services in name of discount voucher but after getting welcome kit, I came to know it is tourism related product. I didn’t want to avail service as it was mis-represented to me. Now I am requesting to cancel my membership as soon as I get my welcome kit having all details. And as told by their executive before getting this kit that u can cancel this membership after getting kit also, so I had made payment visit hdfc credit card for rupees 8996.00.now they are not cancelling my membership and not refunding my amount. I get my kit on 20 Aug 2020 and I had requested to cancel next day that is 21 Aug 2020. Please resolve my problem and take action against them for mis advertising.
