Misleading information and defective piece

I ordered a case for Oneplus 7pro phone from casewale.com and as per their website (https://www.casewale.com/products/original-half-mirror-flip-case-for-oneplus-series?_pos=2&_sid=9cc2542e6&_ss=r&variant=31374740193367) point 3 and 5 claims I can sleep/wake phone and can check call and date/time hence I ordered this case. However when I got the delivery I saw these features actually does not work and case is defective as well.

When I sent a mail to them they responded rudely saying it is common sense that sensor cover can not come at price of 1099. I don’t think 1099 is worth for such poor cover and they cheat customers with the misleading information. I request your support to take some strong action against such fraud company.
