Refund not given

Hello,
I booked my flight on March 9th, 2020 from amazon India, my flying date was March 27th from Delhi to Srinagar and retuning date was March 29th from Srinagar to delhi, the flight operations was cancelled by GOI becoz of COVID lockdown, I have called and emailed to cleartrip and amazon at least 50 times they only refunded the amount of one cancelled flight I.e on 27th March, could you please help me to get the refund of journey date 29th March…whenever I called cleartrip they always said it we will process the refund in 48 hours and I’ll receive it in 5-7 working days but still no sign of refund after 5 months approx…could you please help
