refer to the claim no. 101932 . I suffered engina pain and admitted to hospital for investigation and Angioplasty was done and Max Bupa denied the cash less there and then I submitted my claim on 20.9.2014 and while I was waiting for the settlement ( as per your norms it gets settled with 15-21 working days) and was surprised to see the status update as on 28.10.2014 raising an objection .
Infect the answer to the objection has already been given in the forms filled during the verification visit of your representative. It seems that the objection has been raised just to cover up the gap on the part of Max Buda.
While I tried to explore the same with ONLINE CHAT with one of your representative Mr Prashant. While going through the chat , I am quite surprised that the person is not ready to answer to the specific query raised by me but he is trying to best deviate from the topic. i wish i could enclose the transcript of chat and one will laugh on the answers given by the Mr Prashant.
On again and again asking the specific question he still was not in a position to answer and further on being cornered that as per your answer only, why things have not moved or still not moving, he has no reply.
This means that the ONLINE chat is just a time waste and the people sitting there has no knowledge or even authority to reply. They are just there may be to get new customers with their company but are unable to handle the existing clients.
Max Bupa must mention on their site that existing customers should not try any means of approaching the MaxBupa , they just should remains on the mercy of MAXBUPA people.
This is certainly not expected from the company like yours.
When its time to take policy the agents and even company people are there to reply all queries but when it comes to the claims, they all are there BUT for cashless denial as well as raising the objections only and that too beyond time limits being prescribed by themselves only.
Utterly disappointed with the MAXBUPA service and will not recommend this name to any one .
It seems that Max Bupa feels that patients go intentionally for Heart attack to have the claim from them. And MAX BUPA TEAM is there for not to provide support and cooperation AND stand there to deny everything.
Under disappointment and that too after the Angioplasty. This itself is more disturbing and Doctor says do not take tension and Max Bupa says do not listen to doctor we will not leave anything unturned for keeping you in tension.
this is Max Bupa. in the unfortunate incident of any health problem, first suffer that then be ready for denail of cashless and then keep waiting for the settlement of claim and then get an objection , of which the replies have already been given.
this should be treated as warning to prospective people who are thinking of Max Bupa as their health partner.
