Non actions taken after delivering wrong product

I had ordered a helmet (Cruiser W/P Bike Motorcycle Helmet- White) and had made the payment online. On 09th October 2014 wrong product was delivered to me. I made a return request on the same day. Yet no courier executive has come for a pickup and they are showing the status as “Pick up attempted” where as no body visited my place. Not a single attempt is made till date.
