i had purchased a karbon k21 mobile phones by online portal off indiaplaza.com
on 14 of jun2012 and they showed that shipment with in 3days but til today i hadnt received the product and after giving call there executive says that we dont have the availability we are trying to arrange it with in 2 days but many days gone approx 17 days but still it is not received and they are again telling to wait for 2 days other wise cancel your order but at the time off starting after 4days off booking i told that if u r not having the product than cancel it but they told that after cancel your amt will be refund with in 8 to 10 days so better wait for 3 days u will receive your product.

so pls do needful for me i m totally in tense about making them call back and back it is just wasting money.
