I had bought Cannon GP 400 IR photocopy machine from m/s Patel Photocopier,Dada Patil Wadi,Thane(w) on 22/03/2012.i have been facing tremendous problems with the machine within few days of the purchase.i am calling the technician every alternate day to fix problems.the seller is very stubborn,he is not accepting my complaints & not even ready to replace the faulty parts.I request
