I Got a call from Bagittoday in Dec 2012, they said that “I am his platinum customer and they have a new year offer for me, They offered me a product of Rs. 15399/- and said they please pay this amount and we will deliver your product + revert your money after 20 days. ” They provide me a link for that. I visited that link, see the product and paid the amount.
When I called up after 20 days they said that due to some technical issue many customer visited on that link and claiming his money back, so we rectify the issue and revert you within 30-40 days. when I asked his that why I will wait for so much time and I don’t have any proof that you promised me that, so put these points on mail and send to me, but they not agreed and provided me a Reference number (7032882668) by his concern department, took all the details and insure that I will receive that amount via cheque in given period of time on the given address, but I dint get anything within this time also.
I again called him on 8th Feb 2013 and asked about the status, again his executive said that they dint process this due to the closing period of year and definitely you will receive it till Monday. When i called up on Tuesday and again they gave me same type of excuses and finally they said that it is closed due to multiple updations against the reference id, and it happened due to you are calling again and again. They will initiate this process again and again I will get a marketing call and so and so.
I have loosed so much amount and time.
