Against returning of my tablet

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Allahabad&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Pantle</p>I had bought a tablet IS709C from www.Pantle.in on 21st Nov 2012. When a problem occured with it on 3rd Jan 2013 them I submited it in Allahabad service centre NCPIT. They refered it to Noida service centre. But they have not returned it to me till today. I have called them many times for it. But they are avoiding me.
