sir,
I get post paid number from reliance copmunication. On dt 11/1/2013 I file a request at reliance communication office,RAIPUR(REQUEST ID 195907745) to change my number post paid to prepaid.the request is accept by fron office executive through the online convertation by MUMBAI HEAD OFFICE.After that as per rules I submit my document & paid my previous outstanding bill by cash(sum of 1670 RS).But company did not change my number & send me a new bill this month. Now I contact to reliance customer care,they speak me a new procedure to take this service. so please resister this case & give me the justice.
