i am using tata docomo network.
i am faceing many balance deduction with out any use and any information,
when i inquiry about that to the Customer care.they just make a commetment of refund and then thier is no refund and making wrong statement.
so i would like the Forum to keep eye on mt complaint and make some good solution to my problem..!
