I ordered for mobile phone from shopclues on 8th feb 2015 vide order no. 37250431 however not received the phone. I called them about 100 of times however not received satisfactory answer even after repeated complaints. Payment for this order was made online. No one from shop clues is even bothered to update me on the status of the order. Now they are saying that it will take another 5-7 days to either get the refund or product. Very pathetic service from such a big organization. Please suggest the way forward

I have ordered the following items and it’s supposed to be delivered on 15th Jan 2015 but we did not get. We paid amount through credit card 14749/- for below items. I have received an e-mail confirmation along with order details and courier tracking number as well. The next day both http://www.flipinfotech.in and http://www.sunfastercourier.net websites are not opening up. I have not received the ordered item still.
