refuse to refund my money.

After conversation with one of the representative of capitalvia share advisor (shakti shing & mr bishal) i am agreed to pay 5000.00 for one month subscription & i made the payment on 14-2-15 after received the payment they refuse to provide monthly subscription they told me to pay another 10000.00 for a three month subscription otherwise they cancel my booking but due to shortage of money I told them for one month subscription & after agreed I made the payment now they are suppose to cheat me, I told them to refund my amount but they refuse to do so, please help me to get back my money from them.
