LG Microwave oven

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Microwave Oven(model number:MH2046HB) from Devatha Digitals retailer shop in Madanapalli on 25-10-12.
The problem with the microwave is that its producing so much of smoke and Unbearable smell.We have logged many complaints with LG customer care.But they were not ready to respond to any of the compliant.Finally we had to take the OVEN to the technitcian to fix the issue.Technician took 15 days to fix the problem which is of no use.the problem still persists and LG customer care is not bothered to revert to the complaint.Recent compliant number which was logged on 3rd of Mar is”RNS130303099628″.
