Sir I have purchased new laptop battery for DELL N5010 from Microbyte computers Sr. no. 20/21 Nanak Niwas, Plot No 7, Balaji Nagar, Dhankawdi, Pune 43. on 03/01/2013. The Sr no. of battery is JP-08NH55-71766-1CS-FNC3-A02 with warranty period of 1 year. After a month this battery was found to be faulty and I gave it back for replacement on dated 10/02/2013, the shop owner said replacement will be made within 2 to 8 days. But now the shop owner avoids to give the replacement for the same.
