I bought a mts dongle around one year back, after 3-4 months I have lost my data card so I made a complaint to cancel the connection but after a month I received a message stating that please pay the bill to enjoy the interrupted service, then again I made complaint by calling customer care this time I ask them the request no (the request no given was:c11/38637920).
But again after a month I am receiving a message stating that please pay the bill to enjoy the interrupted service.
Again I called customer care, they said sorry for the inconvenience caused to you will resolve the issue this time but nothing happened again I am receiving the same message.
On 28thFeb2013 ,I got a notice from advocate Mr. Ranvir vats(PFA. for the notice received from advocate).
So, on the same day again I called customer care and I have explained everything, but the the customer care people said we couldn’t get your details because we have only access upto 6 month data, so please write a mail to our customer service mail address you will get a solution within 24hrs.

so I wrote a mail to [email protected] but they were saying that we found a last usage on 13.12.2011 so we are charging till 31.12.2011 but i made a complaint for cancellation because i have lost my data card 3 months(october2011) back itself.
Please note that all the mistake happened from your side only, your customer care people didn’t do their job and blaming customers, before you are filing legal action you should be enquire with me, this is not at all genuine . so at least do the needful now.
