purchased micromax mobile model no. A177 juice on 27-1-2015 from B S Electronics, 134/4, M.G.Road, kolkata-700007.It start giving problem and contacted to micromax service center at puri. They sugested to deposit the mobile to service center M/S Nandighosh Enterprises,Mohapatra Complex, Grand Road, MarketSqure,Puri, Orissa,PIN-752001. As per their statement they send the mobile to the company. Till date i.e. 11-02-2015, they not returned it.It’s a very very very bad service from micromax company. I faced a lot of problem without this mobile. Please take action, so that ican gate it immediately.
