LATE DELIVERY OF SHIPMENT

Dear Sir/Mam,
i have purchased a dell laptop under a offer named “dell back to college”. the express service code of laptop is 17484014630 and service tag is 815J412. i have taken a voucher of rs 1299 which include warranty extention,levis shopping voucher or rs 1500 and senheiser headphone. i didn’t receive headphone yet. the registration date of my laptop is 7 aug 2014.

the name of shop is RAJA RAM VINOD KUMAR, khadia,sonebhadra(u.p). the dealer is not responding properly against the complaint. i have complained in RW Promotion that deal with dell laptop problem but they just assure that i will have my shipment but i didn’t get it yet.
