breach of trust/ unethical business operation

I ordered Ghost War book from Infibeam.com online on October 19th.suborder No:22994388 On November 4th I was informed that the book will be dispatched by Nov 7th, over these weeks I have made several telephone calls and emails to see the position. Each time I was assure that within 3/4 days the book will be sent. On Nov 14th I was informed that the book will be dispatched by 17th Nov positively.

In spite of numerous emails and telephone calls nothing has been done, then on Nov 22 I was told
verbally that the book can not be delivered would like to return the amount, so I asked why this is
told inspite of several assurance why you have failed no satisfactory answer was give.n now they
have increased the price by 50% of the book.

I was told that by Nov 24th they will get back to us with some output. However no calls were done so I called on Tuesday 25th, had a chat with Khatija, told her that im not willing to take compensation since i have been made to wait for over a month and then I made numerous phone calls where by I was assured that they are working and also sending the book. I also asked for compensation because of the time also towards numerous telephone call i made
Now Nov 26th I receive two more phone calls persuading me to take the refund, which I declined., I want Infibeam get me the book at the earliest, and not dupe customers in this way,

Also to compensate adequately for numerous calls
