Team,
Me,my family and friends purchase from snapdeal and had a great faith on snapdeal but not they shown their true color and breach my trust.
I purchased a manual treadmill(Lifeline 4in 1 Treadmill) worth Rs.10500. Its completely different from what they described to me when I called them before I purchased. Pls see below
1. Without pre-informing us product was delivered even though I inquired/checked 3 times with courier company
2. The product was delivered in my absence
3.Even before purchase I clearly ask for the service and installation
4. This is of no use for me If I don’t get any support from Snapdeal
5.I complained more than 20times since the product delivered
6.I am waiting all my money and time to talk to them for n no of times
7. I am ready to buy any other product from snapdeal of this same amount, I m not asking refund to me,pls refund in my snapdeal account so I can purchase any other product if needed.
8.Even all this they are just playing with me.
9.Today they send a mail to me that their apologies and offering Rs.300 to me(What a Joke) instead I Offered them to take Rs.600 from me and give my Refund.
Pls help….
