Not refunding Money

I have ordered 2 Tea tree Oil from Amazon on 30th Oct’14. In spite of several follow ups, they could not deliver it till 17th Nov’14, while the max delivery time they took was 12th Nov’14. I cancelled my order on 18th Nov’14. I asked the customer service during chat to cancel my order on 16th Nov’14, which they had not done.
Now till 26th Nov’14, I have not get any reply from their side regarding the refund.
Amazon is not taking any responsibility as they are saying that it is being sold by seller not by Amazon.
