Name of company/service: DELL INDIA LTD.
I HAVE BOUGHT A LAPTOP OF DELL COMPANY (INSPIRON 15 C) FROM A RETAIL SHOP IN SECTOR 18 NOIDA UP. AFTER THAT I M REGULARLY FACING PROBLEM OF HANGING THE PROCESS, OVER HEATING, SPEAKER FAILURE. ONCE I COMPLAINT TO DELL ABOUT THE SAME AFTER THAT THEY CHANGE THE HARD DISK OF MY LAPTOP.
IMIDIATELY AFTER 10 TO 15 DAYS I AGAIN FACED THE SAME PROBLEM THEY AGAIN REPAIR THE HARD DISK AND CHANGE THE SPEAKER.
NOW I M AGAIN FACING THE SAME PROBLEM AND NOW MY LAPTOP WARRANTY IS EXPIRED. NOW THEY ARE CHARGING 15000 RS FOR EXTEND THE WARRANTY FOR A YEAR AND THEN THEY WILL AGAIN REPLACE HARD DISK MOTHERBORD AND SPEAKER.
NOW I M FRUSTRATED ABOUT THIS BEHAVIOUR OF DELL IF THE HARD DISK OF MY LAPTOP WILL REPLACE AGAIN AND AGAIN HOW CAN I SAVE MY DATA AND WORK ON THE LAPTOP.
PLZ DO THE NEEDFULL ACTION
