For not dispatch in time

I have booked the online Bsnl Penta Tab in january.
I have paid the through challan Rs3774 and on date 29.05.2012 and confirmed on 09.06.2012 but till date 22.06.2012 they did not dispatch my booked Penta tab. My booking Id is PENT00129819 and I call them many times every time they are telling wait for some time and not giving the confirm date for dispatch of my tab.

In their mail they commit that they deliver after confirmation of payment in 96 hours (4 days). But at phone they are telling that 96hours means working hours, means 12 working days. But still they are not sure for the delivery date.

Plz help me.
