Name of company/service: Citi Bank India/Credit Card
I have 2 no. of citi bank credit cards one is corporate and 1 is personal.The outstanding of my corporate card was INR 109000/- Approx and INR 277/- of my personal card,While giving the outstanding I had made a mistake instead of depositing the money on my corporate card I have deposited the money in my personal card account.After that I have made a call to citi bank customer care and explained the matter,the citi bank officer told me that the bank will transfer the amount from my personal card to corporate cerdit card but neither they have done it nor they have informed it to me that they are not able to do it.
When I received the payment reminder call from citi bank then I came to know that They have not deposited the amount in my corporate credit card,After that I again called the citi bank help line and talked to the officer but now they told me that the transfer is not possible and they cann’t transfer the money in my corporate credit card.Then I immediately requested citi bank to stopped my personal cerdit card and transfer my amount to my corporate credit card but they have stopped my card and not transfering my money to my corporate credit card.Now they are calling me up for deposit of outstanding on corporate card.
Kindly help me how to deal with the situation.
