We had bought a Gen pure water purifier from Electro world in 2009 and then got an yearly AMC, done from the same company on 31st march 2012. today when a repair was needed in the water purifier a call was made to the owner Mr Jaswinder Singh who refused to take it urgently and send some one to get it checked. Even after being told that we have small children and cannot wait till tomorrow morning he refused to budge.
After telling him that i will compain to the consumer forum he said you can go ahead and do whatever and now he will not send anyone at all. i have paid Rs 3650 to them
