This is not a complaint but a comment. I came across this website while surfing the internet and could not help but post here and say that this is an amazing initiative. In a country like India with high degrees of un-organized retail and lack of consumer grievance governance and addressal, this forum can do wonders as it provides a medium for consumers to fight injustice.
