I have made hundreds of complains in writing and to your customer care executives over phone, but it seems that the company’s policies is anything but customer service. It has been an extremely difficult time dealing with the company for my products (which were not delivered but promised that they have been shipped). Now the same thing continues with my refund.
Customer care executives, Ayesha and Rahul have been making promises that refund will be done in a few days. I was promised 10-15 days initially, its been 20 days and what I get is promise that payment will be done in coming 4 days. I do not understand why this is happening at all. For product delays, I can understand it can be vendor’s fault, but for refund it cant be anyone’s fault except Kaunsa. It takes just one day to transfer the money online but even after 20 days no receipt speaks about your pathetic attitude towards customer service. How can a company survive with such an attitude towards a customer.
