Hole luggage not Received which was sent

Name of company/service: State Cargo Package and Movers Delhi/raipur

Hi Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that i have been sent my luggage from Delhi to Raipur through State Cargo packate and movers services delhi, but at receiving end my luggage is not received properly with mentioned quantity.
I had informed same to transporter and driver.
But they are not responding me when i asked about luggage they are putting only excuses.
I would request you to kindly take immedaiate action on this and punish them.
Tranporter and loading person was Anand -09310016001
I am trusting on your services please respond me and try to help me to get back my luggage.
