I guess they are frauds, take the money, charge for shipping as well but never send the product. Illiterate customer support and the mangers who don’t even know the importance of a customer. I have been following up since Dec 23rd 2012 for the product to delivered or for the refund. order no is SMA0520366. planning to file the complain in the consumer court. People let us stop shopping from this fraud company. Just to create awareness among the people so that no one else gets cheated by these frauds. Just blame game, customer service blames on the courier company and they blame seventymm.com. received only the grey sweatshirt from the combo. Black sweatshirt is missing.
