Dear Sir,
I had shifted my house hold good from Mysore to Devapur, Adilabad Dist, Andhra Pradesh. in the month of Sep’ 13. Goods were insured. Damage communicated to the concerned persons (Mr. Rajesh, Mysore branck incharge and Mr. Jitesh, Head office incharge) along with photographs. but there is no response from the party. Neither they are attending the phone calls, nor replying the mails. They are not even telling the reasong for not resolving the issue. Pl see below series of mails sent to M./s Sahara Packers which are self explainatory.

Even after almost two months, and every day phone call to settle the issue, the response from your side is very bad. Neighter you are telling the reason for the delay nor settling the claim. Pl settle the claim with immediate effect, failing to do so I might have to take alternate move. I am also not finding any reason why I should not approach consumer forum.

Pl find the attachment the photo graphs of damaged protions of the following items – sending as discussed,
01. Sofaset – 3+2 seaters (3 pieces), all the three pieces got damaged (seviour damages)
02. TV, body damage as shown in the photos (major crack)
03. Fridge, many dents on various locations (difficult to correct)
As discussed, pl do the needful for insurance claim at the earliest.
