ITEM NOT GIVEN AFTER TAKING MONEY

I BOOKED A FOLDING TABLE OF RS. 5000. At khadya khuraak
Trade fair. On 5/01/2015 with booking amt. Of rs. 1000 and rest of amt 4000 I was deposited in bank.but till now they don’t send my folding table.
I have their Booking receipt and bank transfers receipt.
