this is to inform you that i, sanjay singh,resident of 9a suren sarkar road kolkata-10, did not get my new lava tablet against dead lava tablet as a replacement.its alredy more than a year,their senior had commited me several time to give me a calling tablet as a replacement,i had already taken DOA certificate from lava for the replacement one year back.they keep calling me from the customer care of lava but nothing has been done till date.please help me they are harashing me, if you want i can give you DOA certificate and mail tat i have sent to them.
