my documents has been misused by Vodafone and a number has been issues to some anonymous person in my name. It was being used for quite a long time and I wasn’t aware of the same unless I started getting collection calls for unpaid bill. The name and address listed was mine, however, the email address and alternate contact details listed were no where related to me. When tried contacting Vodafone, they say this number was used by you and you have to pay. I had only two numbers with Vodafone and which was ported out to Reliance more than a year back and all dues were paid. The number they claim is mine is: 9833204148 I am not sure when and how my documents was misused and the above number was issues in my name. I am not the owner of the above number and under no circumstances I will pay the outstanding dues which was not used by me. Kindly look into this issue and do the needful. your help is highly appreciated.
