Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased Lenovo S660 smart phone one month ago with the amount of INR 12,800. It is a dual sim smartphone. From the beginning it was working very nice and after 2 weeks one sim card slot is not working properly. I went to Baguiati Lenovo service centre they are telling that it is a hardware issue and I have to pay INR10,000 for it. They are not liable to do any thing without any kind of amount.
It was quite shocking for me that where I didn’t broke it any thing or any kind of hazzard with it and they are not even bother about this problem. It was a default issue of this set. Why should I pay for it? Where as other brands are providing a new set instead of damaged set (problem occurs within 3 weeks) there your company showing me the door of there shop?
This a big dissapoinment for me. I am not the 1st user of thsi kind of smartphones. I have already used high end smart phones previously. But this time I am facing such a bad service as well as feedback.
After investing a huge amount if this the service Lenovo is providing then where should we go?
Kindly help me out in this issue. Other wise I have to choose Consumer Forum to solve this issue.
