service center not found

I have purchased idea 3g smart phone. It has many proalems like hanging, low battery backup, slow charging, memory card not detecting, no voice clarity, network not catching etc.
For this i was searching there service center but after searching a long period of 2 months i could not find any service center so that wrote many mails to idea care, idea nodal, idea appellate authority but no one were responding me, i have wrote on there facebook page too but no solution is being given to me.
So plz help me and get me my hard work money refund. I do not want to use idea mobile.
I want my full money refund.

    How long it will go in follow….. What is the issue… and i have not receive any call from u. you just refund my money i don’t want to keep this mobile now. Its mice is also not working now.
    i visit your service center at Sakshi Communication, Hapur there were Mr. Singh he Refused to repair my mobile.
    So Refund on Priority.
