I booked airline ticket in yatra.com the details are as given below.

when I booked the reference no was displayed stating that the payment is accepted & booking is not confirmed & it will be confirmed within 06 Hrs & if not to contact representative on toll free no.09871800800.
when I contacted the representative first the tele no. was not toll free.
the representative stated due to change in fares by the airlines I have to pay extra amount of Rs 8000 for confirming the booking or the amount will be repayed without any interest within 72hrs if I dont want to pay difference amount. when I complained to support center then also I got the same above reply. this clearly leads to following charges.
1. displaying false information on the website during booking.
2. Misleading the consumer from booking the cheapeast airline fare available in other web sites.
3. One way of forcing the consumer for commiting to yatra.com for booking & playing on the urgency of the consumer.
4. the fare displayed does not include UDF which is mandatory for all ticketing agency to collect during booking & again misleadig the consumer in terms of cheapest fare available.
