I took educational loan in 2008.Since then I am paying all the interests.Interest subsidy act states that, economically poor students should get all their interest back.So, I applied to the bank with my father’s income certificate.But the Bank authority are telling me that they know about the act but they did not receive any order from higher authority.But this act is applicable to all the banks those are under IBA.what should I do now?
