SBI Credit card Failed on their commitment

Location/place: new Delhi

Name of company/service: SBI GE credit card

I hope that you people have a problem of linger on the case

You people had deliberately impose the annual fee 750 +100 on my card which is totally illegal and injustice.

This sort of treatment can definitely sabotage the image and force me to discontinue my card.

I am a regular user of this card from many years now I hope the time had come to dissociate from it.

Pl. resolve the issue as the case is pending from last 3 months . For more detail visit the statements.

Infact I had tried 20 times on the customer Call centre but it seems that toll free number had no option which connect to the customer care.

This really indicate a casual approach.
