Hi, I use relaince gsm number 9569617230,which is the number of punjab and I am using it in Delhi.I was unable to receive the calls from today mornings,I talked to diffrent customer representative of relaince but all of them could not provide the solution of problem one representaive asked me to recharge my number by 179 for months roaming free and soultion for this problem.I confirmed this with representative strongly.I did so but problem was same ,I again called to customer service and another Representative told me to recharge my account by 58 and my 179 roaming trarif is useless and I request to talk the seniour ,he told me that my recharge for 179 is useless and I can not take benifts of 179 recharge and they can not help me to return my money ande activate tis Because this is fault from the end of Relaince comapany ,they did not provide me solution and I asked to talk manger for solution but they disconnected the call and I tried many times to call customer service but they blockede my call.They harras my feelings,time,and money ,Who is responsible for that….
