i made a recharge of rs.120 on 8th august 2013. And my total balance became 182 rs(120 rs + earlier balance).
on 8th august night my net pack of 98 rs.was about to auto-renew.
In night i found my balance deducted.(which must be of net pack)
but on 9th august night my balance was 45 rs, no net pack was auto-renewed
on calling to customer care, they gave me illogical excuse.
Due to problem at your(Airtel) end without intimating Airtel deducted my balance
,and dint gave any message of not activating net pack.
even though if they deduct for data charge as they were saying (which they should not) it can not be 139 rs with in a day(24 hrs) during which the net was activated for just few hours that too for textual data.
This simply clarifies it was your mistake and you are knowingly making your customers suffer.
