Can’t able to get the service on time

Location/place: indore

Name of company/service: Reliance

I’m having a reliance broadband connection.
on 31/07/2013 i logged a compliant for non working of internet, that complaint got rectify after so many calls to customer care on 06/08/2013.
then again on 08/08/2013 i checked my connection and it was not working. again i logged a complaint since then i’m waiting for it to get rectify.
