2g in 3g

I have Bsnl 3g sim-9431374419 & i have also recharge with bsnl 3g pack of Rs.120 on 24-25 july.but till i am not getting 3g speed &When i call customer care they always said that u not have proper setting& there is problem in bsnl 3g in jamshedpur but other of this area get 3g.my contact no-8986602901
