Dear Sir,
I am Raj Kumar Pandit, I am using TATA mobile post paid number 9212442535 account no. 900661120 last 6 years, I always made payment before due date and always made payment through ITZ Cash Card only.
I made my mobile bill for the month of June in July’13 and August bill July 30th, I made 2 payment but TATA mobile disconnected my mobile services even i can not make customer care also.
I raised complaints at 10th of July and explained all payment issue and they ensured that it will resolve very soon. but till the date my payment problem not solved.
Now i am in Bangalore at business tour and due to stop incoming and outgoing services , my clients are not able to contact me and i losses Rs. 2 Lac approx. even I made many calls to TATA customer calls by STD, that please start my services until unless my problem not solving , I remind that it already made complaint regarding payment, till the time please start services for my mobile. but they are not ready to start services for my mobile.
I am having all transaction ID and all payment details and all documents i already send to TATA Telecom Limited but they are not ready to resume my mobile services.
