Imposing undesirable charges

Hi..i am a vodafone user. I have a complaint against vodafone wrong practices and their customer care staff.Few days back my balance was deducted without my consent Rs 99 for some shotformat value pack and when I asked customer care they didn’ t answered me reason.i have not subscribed for any such pack nor they asked me prior permission to activate such pack.

Also On day 25th august i recharged a net pack of worth Rs.179 , it was showing that we’ll get 1GB data for 28 days of 2G nature, but it i didn’t get that service, so i tried to enquire and they said that , that scheme was updated to tariff of 30p/min for 90 days, but that’s not i wanted, a customer should get what is being showed to them, so please take some fruitful steps as soon as possible.
