Reliance Broadband – Fraud billing and no response for complaints .

I am using reliance Broadband connection and one land line connection. Broad band (Services Opted :Land line and Broadband, Rate Plan: :WCCI699T), Land line (Services Opted :Land line, Rate Plan: :WFLONEIND). Initially I was receiving a bill with the amount 931 which includes 699 rent for broadband and its service charge, and 130 rent for another Land line and its service charge. Total comes around (785+146 = 931). I was not using the land connection so last may (May – 2014) I was requested for land line termination. They terminated my land connection. After termination my bill should be reduced and it will 699 and its service tax but still i am receiving around 931 some times it 1206, 1085….this will vary every time and I will call customer care, no one will respond properly and they will say like it will be reimbursed in next month bill but they won’t do any thing. This issue I was facing since last 4 months, if I ask the details they are telling like I am using land line with one India plan , but I never requested for that and no one gave the connection too. This is mentioned with customer care so may times but they are very care less. I don’t know whom to approach Please help me. Following are my complaint numbers 222952294,4022167031, 224297965.
