I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG MOBILE MODEL X620 ON 31/12/2005 BY PAYING RS.6587/- + VAT AT 4% FROM SANGEETHA ELECTRONICS VIDE TAX INVOICE NO.11648 AT BANGALORE.
NOW MY MOBILE REJECTS ALL SIM WITH A DISPALY LIMITED SERVICE FROM THE DATE GOVT ANNOUNCED THAT IT WILL BAN ALL CHINA MOBILES. ON VERIFICATION WITH SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE THEY HAVE INFROMED THAT IMEI NUMBER TO BE WRITTEN FOR THE SET THAT MEANS WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN CHINA MAKE SET WITH ALL TAX COLLECTED AND CHEATING THE CUSTOMER THAT IT IS GENUINE SET. CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE ACCEPTED MY SET AND ISSUED WORKORDER NO-137 DT 30/07/2009( SAMSUNG CARE LOCATED AT B T M LAYOUT BANGALORE , PH-66595194/6), THEY ARE ALSO EXPRESSING THE DOUT THAT THE BOARD MAY NOT ACCEPT NEW IMEI NUMBER AND THEY MAY HAVE TO CHANGE THE BOARD ALSO. ANY HOW EVEN AFTER A LAPSE OF 13 DAYS STILL THE SERVICE CENTRE HAS NOT REPAIRED THE PHONE ON ENQUIRIES THEY ARE GIVING VAGUE ANSWERS. IN THIS CONTEXT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW

1. WHY SAMSUNG INDIA LIMITED IS SELLING THE CHINA SETS AT HIGHER PRICES IN INDIA WITHOUT ADHERING TO THE STATUTORY REQUIREMNTS OF TRAI
2. WHY SHOULD A CUSTOMER PENASLISED FOR THE MISCHIEF OF THE MANUFACTURER
3. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE BOARD AND IMEI NUMBER WRITING WHICH IS DUE TO THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE MANUFACTURER
4. WHAT ARE THE LEGAL AVENUES TO TEACH A LESSION TO THIS TYPE OF DAY LIGHT ROBBERRS
