Name of company/service: IFB Washing Machine Technical & Service Issues
It is very painful to communicate to you the following which needs to take very seriously about the quality of the IFB Washing maching and not only that but the service team which is nominated may be not fit and reputed that is my feeling based on the experience which I have since last one year.
You can see the records and payment which I have paid to you and it looks quite shocking.
1. I have purchased IFB washing machine in 2006
2. In the year 2012 I have been recomonded to change the drum second time and it was done by your service team and for the same I have paid INR 6700/-
3. Again within almost a year in May 2013 again there is a recomondation of changing drum by your service team and they have replace it third time for which I have paid INR 4200/-
4. Now after servicing of the same on 22/5/2013 again the same issue came and noice compain is there yesterday and for which I have booked a complaint.
Now I wish to know
a, Is there any self life of washing machin of IFB ? If yes please send me official mail.
b, If service engineer had performed their duty well then why the frequency of the companint is so ofter in short durations ?
c, I have contacted your Branch Incharge Mr. Pradip Nair and as usual as we are a customer ( Bagger ) we got a reply that Book your compaint and our service engineer will report to your within 48 to 72 hours as per norms which is surpricing ?? Now We understand that we have made a big mistake to associate with IFB India ( who has having totally NON Professional team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat ).
d, As no one came after assurance of Mr. Pradip Nair to attend the call I have started calling Mr. Pradip Nair ( Branch Manager Ahmedabad ) to inform him from 5 PM of today ( 29th June ) but unfortunately he has not picked up the phone as he may be more busy and doing more important work then customer complaint even when he know whole case.
Now I need to have proper responsible reply from IFB seniors who can understand the position of customer and revert back accordingly.
Also note that since last almost a year I have paid around INR 10000/- when purchase cost of machin was INR 21000/- Is it viable ?? Secondly I have not mentioned the cost of service contract which I have taken in initial four years. In nutshell it is costly affair. WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO CHOOSE IFB NEXT TIME ??
This is a feed back against that I am expecting responsible reply from the company.
