Hello ,
We bought a Karbonn A6mobile on 11th May 2013,with in 21days we could not charge the mobile , when we enquired poorvika mobiles ,they adviced the pmw authorised service centre,i gave it to pmw cares on June 8th ,till now i havent received it and whenever i call them they are telling the mobile is not with them i was with Karbonn service company , we called that center also , but they told they couriered before 2-3 days , again today i called them but the girl in the call center told that she didn’t receive and get back once they receive , this is not the first time iam getting this answer , iam following them weekly once and also from last week 2 days once , but whenever i called them they are telling this story only and a guy named mani from pmw cares spoke to us saying , you can meet who you want , you cant complaint were ever you want we cant do anything We are experiencing a very bad service with the pmw cares which is in North usman road,please some one help us to get back our mobile back,
